“When I set Status to Done, move the row to a Done tab with the date.”	An edit trigger that moves the row with formulas and formats intact, and stamps the date. Two quick edits can’t leave a row behind.
“Put the dates in my sheet on my Google Calendar, and keep them updated.”	A sync that creates each event once, updates it when the row changes, and stays on the right day across time zones.
“Students should only see the Flex tab on Tuesdays during school hours.”	A schedule that shows and hides the tab, and never tries to hide the last visible tab.
